Glenn Hilliard has led, as CEO and chairman, Liberty Life Insurance Co., ING Americas; and as chairman, CNO Financial, Inc. and Bank of America Funds Series Trust. He serves as CEO of Hilliard Group LLC, an investment and advisory firm based in Greenville.

A native of Anderson, Glenn graduated from Clemson University in 1965 and earned a law degree at George Washington University.

A dedicated environmentalist, Glenn is the founder (1974) and Chair Emeritus of the Foothills Trail Conservancy and is an Upstate South Carolina Master Naturalist. He currently serves on the boards of Upstate Forever and Naturaland Trust. Glenn and his wife Heather endowed the Glenn `65 and Heather Hilliard Professorship in Environmental Sustainability at Clemson University and the Heather P. Hilliard Fellowship Endowment in Sustainability, also at Clemson. In his spare time, Glenn enjoys spending time with his family and friends, biking, walking, running, hiking, kayaking, and skiing.
