Join Upstate Forever and TreesUpstate for a safe and socially distanced morning of removing invasive plant species and spreading mulch at Greenville's Lake Conestee Nature Preserve.
To maintain social distancing and smaller group sizes, volunteers will have the opportunity to sign up for one of two shifts: 9:00-10:30 a.m. or 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Face masks will be required to participate and will be supplied as needed. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own water, snacks, gloves, and tools, though some disposable gloves and disinfected tools courtesy of TreesUpstate will be available. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothes to work in.
